Air
In Bama, the negative oxygen ions in the air are very high. The famous Crystal Palace, Baimo Cave and Birds Rock and other tourist attractions have as many as 20,000 to 50,000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter. There are more than 3,000 negative oxygen ions on the banks of the Panyang River and more than 2,000 negative oxygen ions in the county town.
Negative oxygen ions are called "vitamins in the air" and "longevity." It can improve the ventilation function of the lungs, increase lung capacity, relieve cough & asthma & expectoration. It is able to ameliorate and regulate the functional status of the nervous system and the brain, regulate and inhibit the excitement process, and play a good role in calm sleeping and stable mood. Many middle-aged people from all over the country come to the baimo caves in Bama every day to “breathe oxygen” and bathe in the springs.
Spring water
The waters of Bama are mostly groundwater and mineral-rich mountain springs, also known as small molecules of water. It can be said that water is the most prominent highlight of Bama. The locals said that you fetch the mountain spring water from the cave and put it on for a year, the water will not degenerate.
There are four significant features of the spring water in Bama: (1) The pH of natural weak alkaline water (acidity and alkalinity) is generally between 7.2-8.5. (2) Rich in minerals and trace elements, The redox potential is low.; (3) easy to enter the body's cell membrane to be absorbed by the body; (4) It has the effect of removing skin inflammation, removing gastritis and resolving kidney and gallstone stones.
Geomagnetism
Geomagnetism corresponds to gold, which is the head of the Five Elements and the source of all things. The general geomagnetism of the Earth is about 0.25 Gauss, while the geomagnetism of Bama is as high as 0.58 Gauss, which is more than double that of the general region. Why is Bama geomagnetic higher than other places? This is because Bama has a fault zone that cuts directly across the Earth's mantle layer. The fault zone is in the underground area of Panyang River and divides Bama into two parts.
Sunshine
Under the influence of high magnetic fields, Bama’s average sunshine duration is 5 hours., and 80% of it is far-infrared at a wavelength of 4 to 14 micrometers, which is known as the "light of life." Even in the burning sun, you will not feel scorching. Far-infrared rays not only activate water, but also continuously activate human tissue cells, increase human metabolism, improve microcirculation, and increase human immunity.
food
The soil of Bama is rich in high quality Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus. Experts believe that the world's purest and most original lactic acid bacteria are in Bama. In addition, Bama's soil contains high levels of manganese and zinc, which is several dozen times that of other areas. The crops absorb zinc and manganese in the soil and store them in stems and leaves or in fruits. People absorb the zinc and manganese from food and it enter the human body. Zinc is known as "the spark of life" and is an essential element for maintaining the normal metabolism of the body. Therefore, the majority of Bama’s centenarians have no heart disease and cerebral thrombosis and dead without any illness.
