Hezhou Transportation
Hezhou is situated in the east of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is also a thoroughfare of Guangxi, Hunan and Guangdong. It is an important channel connecting guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The road transportation of the city is well developed. With Hezhou as the center, highways can stretch to Guangdong and Hunan.
Train
Hezhou Railway Station is situated at east side of Huangtian street, Huangtian town in Pinggui District. Built in 2009, Hezhou railway station is under the jurisdiction of Nanning railway bureau. It is the most important railway station in the city. Two railway platforms are available in Hezhou railway station, high speed railway platform and ordinary railway platform. A total of 7 stations, of which 1 to 5 stations for the high-speed rail station, 6 to 7 stations for the ordinary railway terminus.

How to get Hezhou railway station from downtown area?
Arrival by bus:
At Hezhou bus station: 1,9,11,k1
Passengers arriving by bus will be dropped off in front of the square. For those with a ticket in hand, enter the station directly and find the correct waiting room to wait for departure. For those without, go to the ticket office to purchase one first and then go to the waiting room.
Arrival by Taxi:
If arriving by taxi, passengers will get off at the front square.
Arrival by Long-distance Bus:
Passengers can also get to the station by long-distance bus.
Ticket Check and Boarding
A number of check points are available inside the waiting hall. Before checking in, passengers should read their tickets carefully to know exactly where to have the tickets checked. After that, passengers are led to the platform to get onboard. One thing to remember is that pink tickets can only be handled manually, while blue ones can be checked at automatic ticket checking machines.
How to exit and leave the station?
Upon arriving, all passengers will be led to the passage to exit. Afterwards, passengers can follow the direction boards to find bus stops or taxi stands to leave the station.
Long-distance Bus
There are two bus stations in Hezhou: The East Bus Station and the Centre Bus Station. The East Bus Station is at No.50 Bada middle road in Babu District. You can take city bus No.2, 3, 11, 14,22,23 or 25 to reach there. Most buses set off from this station for local villages and towns in Hezhou. The Centre Bus Station is situated at the southern section of Guangming road in Babu district. You can take city bus No.2,7,11,K1 to get there. Most buses start off from this here for surrounding cities in Guangxi, Guangdong and Hunan provinces.
Water Transport-hezhou Port
Hezhou majiang port handling operation area is located at the left bank of Guijiang, majiang town, zhaoping county. It’s an important port that serve in Zhaoping county and its surrounding area. The construction of the project includes wharf hydraulic engineering, handling technology, harbor basin, warehouses, production and auxiliary production buildings, supporting the construction of 14 km of inbound highways. The construction scale are four berths and each one is 300t, designed annual cargo throughput is 500,000 tons and total investment is 51 million yuan.
Hezhou zhaoping port handling operation area is at the south part of Ma beachhead, Zhaoping county. The total investment is 13.5 million yuan and the first phase investment is 5.05 million yuan, the designed low water level is 53 meters. A total of 3 berths in the port and each one is 300 tons and 60 meters long. The berth length of the operating area is 180 meters and the shoreline is 185 meters long. Equipped with two 5-ton cranes, the annual cargo throughput is 250,000 tons.
