Bailang Beach, also known as Dapingpo and Taipingpo, is located in Jiangshan Peninsula, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Province and is an important part of the Jiangshan Peninsula Scenic Area. Bailangtan Beach is considered to be the first choice for coastal tourism in Fangchenggang and it is known as "the largest beach in the southwest" and "Chinese Hawaii".It is now a famous seaside resort in Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and is also a National 4A tourist attraction.

Bailang beach is the core scenic spot of the Jiangshan Peninsula Tourism and Holiday Resort. It is 5.5 kilometers long and 2.8 kilometers wide. Bailang beach is white and black due to the presence of titanium ore. The wide sandy beach is spectacular and beautiful. Bailang beach is a veritable place with white sands and uniform thickness. Because the beach is gentle, it is often seen that the white waves are rolling.

When the tide rises, the sea is surging, active in the tide, or playing in the water, or surfing. You can enjoy the surging sea. When the tide recedes, the beach is undulating and flat. It allowed tens of thousands to carry out beach sports, beach races, sardines car, beach soccer, volleyball, and other activities such as motorboats on the sea, parachutes at sea, and water skiing at sea. At present, Bailang beach has become a good place for many tourists to enjoy leisure and recuperation.

Characteristic

Bailangtan is rich in titanium in the sand and is white and black, which is one of the rarest "black gold beaches" in the world. Titanium is a non-magnetic rare metal element that can react with oxygen by acid hydrolysis, hydrolysis, and generate titanium dioxide. Titanium dioxide is the whitest substance in the world with strong adhesion and hiding power.

Titanium sand bath is the simplest and most direct natural whitening method. Digging a pit on the beach, letting titanium sand bury the body, sweat and other acidic substances in the body can catalyze the reaction of titanium and oxygen. After being buried in the sand for a period of time, the human skin feels a noticeable smoothness, slippery as coagulate fat. In order to ensure the safety of tourists making titanium sand baths, the Scenic Spot Management Office has prohibited motor vehicles from entering the beach. However, in order to avoid excessive ultraviolet rays at the beach, it is recommended that visitors rent sun shade.

With the deepening development and construction of the Jiangshan Peninsula Tourist Resort, the infrastructure of the Bailang beach Scenic Area has been gradually improved. The Wugang Nanhuayuan Guanhai Hotel and the Jiangshan Seaview Hotel will be put into use. The weibo Kiston Five-Star Hotel, the Sea World Five-Star Hotel, Tourism greenways and a number of recreational facilities are accelerating construction. The popularity of the Bailang Beach is increasing, and more and more people have chosen this place as a leisure tourism destination.
