Payment Methods

PayPal

Top China Travel accepts PayPal for payment. It is the safe and convenient payment method that millions of online buyers and s ellers use for their online transaction. Top China Travel accepts this tool of payment to give our customers more flexibility, securi ty and guaranteed mutual benefits. If you choose PayPal for pay ment, you are required to pay an extra 3.5 % of the total amount as the handling fee. Our PayPal account is: pay@topchinatravel. com. We will email to confirm your booking after we receive the acknowledge email from our PayPal account.

Credit Card

By choosing this way, the client will receive a Credit Card Authorization Form sent through e-mail by Top China Travel. Then he/she should fill out the form, and email it back to us with a copy of both sides of the credit card. Please note that a handling fee is charged by banks for every transaction. The amount varies from bank to bank. Hence, besides the invoiced price, an extra 2.5%-3% will be charged as the handling fee for credit card payment.

Wire Transfer

If choosing to pay by wire transfer, the client will be requested to send the copy of bank transaction receipts or stubs to us. Once we have received the copy, we will proceed to secure your booking. The bank information and the corresponding account are listed as follow:

Western Union

We also accept Western Union payment if the banks in your country enjoy this service. You can remit your payment to any Western Union. Since it is a transaction between individual, it requests payer and payee’ full names and ID information for each transaction. Condition of Deposit & Final Payment

An early booking refers to a booking made more than 45 days before the departure date. A deposit of 35% of the total tour fare is due if you make an early booking. The outstanding balance (65%) will be paid 15 days prior to departure date from your country. Generally speaking, full payment is requested before your arrival date.

A Late booking refers to a booking made in 45 days of the departure date, and are subject to availability. A late booking will only be taken with full payment. The deadline for full payment is 15 days prior to departure date from your country.
